adidas Nite Jogger “Key City” – Cblack/FtwWht/Hireor – ($130)

adidas brings a second colorway of a 70s model in the form of the adidas Nite Jogger in a “Key City” colorway honoring New York City. Six cities get their own colorways of the model in this “Jet Set” series that features details meant to look like boarding passes from Germany to the featured city. Orange accents hit the NYC model, along with black mesh, ripstop nylon, and suede on the upper with reflective hits on the heel, toe, laces and Three Stripes branding. Full length black Boost adds the cushioning with a multi-color outsole finishing off the sneaker.

Available on March 30th at 12AM Midnight EST on PackerShoes.com and in-store at 12PM Noon EST at Teaneck and Jersey City.

In anticipation of the 2019 launch of the adidas Nite Jogger, Packer conceptualized the story of the Night Dweller – a person whose creative pursuits come alive at night, featuring one of today’s most prolific wildstyle graffiti artists, HOACS.

Originally designed in the late 1970s as a shoe for those who ran during the murky hours of dusk and dawn, the high-visibility ethos of the adidas Nite Jogger has been reimagined with a contemporary approach.

The 2019 iteration offers full-length Boost cushioning, ripstop nylon, mesh knit, and suede overlays that help balance the OG feel with modern day construction and technology. The launch colorway pays homage to the classic version with splashes of vibrant orange throughout the black-based upper.

The adidas Nite Jogger ($140) releases at 12 Midnight EST on Saturday, January 12th online at PackerShoes.com and in-store at 12 noon EST at both locations (sizes 7 – 13).
